Since 1985, District 5100 has proudly hosted one of the nation’s standout Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) programs. As part of Rotary’s “Youth Services” Avenue of Service, our program has a unique focus: we invest in the growth of young adult leaders ranging in age from 19 to 32.

Our week-long program takes place at the stunning Menucha Retreat Center in Corbett, Oregon—an inspiring backdrop for a truly transformative experience.

For seven powerful days, participants dive into immersive leadership training, relationship-building, and personal growth that has sparked countless Rotary journeys. It’s not just a program—it’s a launchpad.
